With so much information readily available online, clients sometimes ask, “Why should we hire a real estate agent?” They wonder, and rightfully so if they couldn’t buy or sell a home through the Internet or regular marketing and advertising channels without representation, without a real estate agent. You could probably learn how to amputate your arm, clone your dog or build an airplane with the information on the internet. But would you? There is so much information on the internet, how does one discern what is what? Do you really want to save pennies to loose dollars?

What are the school boundaries and location of international and stem schools? (Maybe you’re asking “what is a stem school?) Wire fraud is in. Flips are out. Plan on 5-10 preinspections before winning the bidding war. At $400-$600 each, buyers need to budget this into their purchase funds. Which forms do you use?
